Yes, we have internship programs and junior roles where we provide full training for passionate candidates.
It depends on the role. For senior technical and sales roles, experience is preferred. For other roles, a strong desire to learn is enough.
Absolutely. All new hires go through a comprehensive induction and continuous safety and technical training.
For field roles (Sales Executive, Site Supervisor), a two-wheeler is mandatory. Travel allowances are provided.
We operate across central and south Kerala, including Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Kollam, Alappuzha, and Trivandrum.
