About The Role

Solis Green Energy Solutions, an authorized Tata Power Solar Channel Partner and Kerala's trusted solar EPC installer, is seeking a motivated, energetic Solar Sales Person to expand our residential and commercial rooftop solar presence in Thiruvalla and surrounding areas (covering Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, and Alappuzha borders).

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

• Good communication skills: Fluency in Malayalam with decent English to effectively present solar solutions to homeowners and business clients.
• Willingness to travel locally: Comfortable traveling within Thiruvalla and nearby localities for customer visits and site surveys. (Own two-wheeler preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in direct sales, customer interaction, FMCG, banking, or insurance is preferred, but freshers with great enthusiasm and hunger to learn can also apply!
• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, customer-friendly, and proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective residential and commercial clients in Thiruvalla and adjacent regions.
• Explain the financial benefits, KSEB electricity bill savings, and Central Government subsidy under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹78,000 subsidy).
• Conduct initial site visits and capture rooftop photographs/details for technical quotation.
• Present proposals, resolve customer questions, follow up, and close rooftop solar installation orders.
• Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams for smooth project commissioning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn high performance commissions.
